PAYING TO RETAIN YOUR ATTORNEY

The issue of fees is probably one of the most important issues we face when retaining an attorney. If you can't pay for the service, it doesn't really matter how great your attorney is. Legal services can be very expensive, and if you are already in a tough situation it can make it almost impossible to get out of when fees are more than you can handle.

My solution to this:

I believe we are all given certain gifts and those gifts are meant to be shared with our fellow friends on earth. We all deserve to make a living and see the profit of our hard work. I am no different. HOWEVER, I will not exploit an already tough situation.

I do not have a fee schedule, but I can tell you that I am very COMPASSIONATE when it comes to how much someone can pay. If you can work with me, I will work with you.

My life experience has taught me that sometimes rewards come in different forms than just money. I won't lie, material compensation is good, but it's not everything. I have received help when I have most needed it, and I would like to think I could do the same for one of you if you needed it.

FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY, I do have pro-bono (FREE services) available for you. I have payment plans available for all my clients, and you will be treated with the same level of respect and attention regardless of your means.
